Slack & Parr are the worlds leading manufacturer of high precision gear metering pumps, with a huge range of existing designs, and an engineering capability to design custom-made solutions for almost any application, no matter how demanding.
However, most of these specific products come with significantly long delivery times.
Slack & Parr identified that a ‘ready to despatch’ product would fill a current hole for many industrial customers, who ideally want to benefit from the accuracy, repeatability and pulsation-free performance of a gear pump, but can’t wait for the traditionally long delivery times that often come with that type of product.
The Pulseless Flow brand and product range was created to address these short lead time needs.
Why call it Pulseless Flow?
Slack & Parr already have a world-wide reputation for the quality of our man-made fibre pumps, along with many specialised units that have been supplied as problem-solving solutions for customers around the globe, but we weren’t particularly well-known in the wider industrial sectors.
A new brand name gave Slack & Parr the ability and flexibility to appeal directly to this new audience, which still keeping links back to the long-standing Slack & Parr heritage.
Pulsation free metering is one of the key attributes for high precision gear pumps, and this brand name is very much a case of ‘it does what it says on the tin’!
